In this one-of-a-kind workshop--Change Your Pictures, Change Your Life--will be held in conjunction the NW Women's Conference. Based on the intriguing hypothesis that everything we experience and create in our lives is driven by the memories we hold in our mind as pictures, Susan will teach attendees how to identify and uninstall those fear-laden pictures that keep us tethered to old unproductive thoughts and patterns of behavior. Each participant will walk away with an overview of basic brain science and why so many of our most significant pictures were installed through the lens of fear and self-preservation in our earliest years of life. She will also help participants better understand the role the unconscious mind plays in creating false beliefs that cause so many of us to struggle with change and keep us stuck in old habits. And most important, each participant will learn hands-on techniques that demonstrate anyone can change the past and free themselves to navigate life's circumstances differently.
